We use only Premuim Colored Matte Pastel paper or bright white self-adhesive and glossy white premium paper. We use Professional Color Laser printing for excellent quality wrappers. The printing is raised and glossy for superior quality wrappers. Glossy wrappers are available in white only at no extra charge! Invitations are printed on white matte 80# cardstock. Tshirts are high quality heavy weight name brand.

1) You place and pay for your order. 2) You send an email to us with all personalization information to: [email protected] . 3) We design and email you a preview of your wrapper order within 3-5 business days (Please note, we do not work weekends or holidays). If you choose to mail a money order, your preview will be sent after payment is received. 4) You approve the wrapper by replying to the email. You are welcome to make any changes to the wrapper at this time. If you request another preview to be emailed to you, there is a $1 charge for each additional preview after the initial preview. 5) After your approval is received, your order will be printed and shipped within 2-4 business days (depending on your order) by Priority Mail (2-3 days shipping time). Express Overnight shipping available. Orders needed within 5 business days require the RUSH order charge in addition to the Express Mail Shipping Charges. Your order will become our priority and your order will ship asap.

YES! A preview proof will be emailed to you (included). Your first e-mailed preview is FREE. You can make any changes to your order after you receive the first preview. You can make any changes at this time. If you request another preview to be emailed to you, there is a $1 charge for each additional preview after the initial preview.

The best way to secure the wrapper is using a glue stick or double sided tape/square for the large candy bars. We do sell glue sticks, so make sure to order your here and get them along with your order. One less thing for you to worry about. Matte white wrappers are self-adhesive (just peel and stick). Wrapping instructions are included with most orders. If not just email us and we will be glad to provide you with instructions.

YES! All wrappers are cut and ready to wrap when you receive them. Some may require a glue stick or double sided tape, as stated above.

There is a $20.00 design fee for cancelled orders after the preview has been designed and emailed to you for proofing. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order without any design fees IF your order has not been designed. Shipping cannot be refunded if your order has already shipped. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping amount will be deducted from your refund amount.

YES! We can add a photo to any of the regular size Hershey wrappers. Add your logo to a miniature wrapper, and advertise your business! Photo or Logos can also be added to most of our products. If it is a professional photograph you will need to obtain and provide us with a written approval from the professional/and or studio.

YES! You can choose any graphics from the web site at no additional charge. We have thousands of additional graphics if you are looking for a specific theme or graphic. The charge for a custom wrapper with graphics not shown on the website is $10.00.

Our cookies are baked after your order is placed. They are fresh from the oven, decorated, packaged in a personalized bag with matching sticker, and then shipped right out to you. Since they are made from natural ingredients and no preservatives they should be consumed within 2 weeks.

Please note that our fresh baked cookies are made with ingredients that have been processed in facilities that process nuts. They are also made with flour, for those with gluten allergies.

We do take good care of packing your cookie order. Each order is shipped Priority shipping. Bubble wrap is used to insure that your cookies arrive safely. As with any order, we are not responsible for cookie breakage once it leaves our bakery. You (the customer) have the option for shipping insurance for your piece of mind.
